On October 17, 2025, in New Delhi, Embraer marked a significant milestone with its official India launch. The event brought together senior dignitaries from India and Brazil, including representatives from civil aviation, defense, and diplomatic leadership.
As their event management agency, our aim was to craft an experience that reflected Embraer’s global legacy while positioning it within India’s rapidly evolving aviation landscape. The spatial design was open and intuitive, enabling seamless movement while showcasing Embraer’s portfolio across commercial, business, and defense aviation.
The environment focused on clarity and purpose. A clean stage setup with podiums and a central backdrop screen provided a strong central focus for formal addresses and presentations. Simultaneous English-Portuguese interpretation ensured smooth communication for international delegates.
The launch was marked by a formal ribbon-cutting ceremony, where distinguished leaders came together for a symbolic moment signifying Embraer’s entry into the Indian market.
